Terms of use

This website describes our products and lets you ask for a quote. Please use it lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or submit false or automated inquiries.

We take care to keep descriptions, fabrics, sizes and photographs accurate, but they are a guide. Colours on screen vary by device, and 3D views are built from product photographs. The approved sample is the reference for fit, colour and finish.

A quote is our offer for the garments, quantities and specification described in it. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing and, where a sample is made, approve that sample. Prices, lead times and payment terms are set out in the quote.

Bulk fabric is cut only after you approve the sample, including the fit, colour and embroidery. Changes requested after approval may affect price and delivery date.

By sending us a logo or artwork you confirm you have the right to use it on the garments. We digitise it for embroidery and keep the digitised file for your reorders; it remains yours and we will not use it for anyone else.

Delivery dates are quoted from the approved sample and are our best estimate. Tell us promptly if a delivery does not match the approved sample, with photographs, so we can check it and put it right.

The text, photographs and design of this website belong to Fajr International or its licensors. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

We are responsible for supplying garments that match the approved sample. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the garments concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
