We work with teams from a few dozen garments to many thousands. The exact minimum depends on the garment, the fabric and the embroidery, and we confirm it in your quote.

Yes. We stitch a sample on the actual fabric, with your embroidery, and return it within days. You approve the fit, colour and logo before any bulk fabric is cut.

The lead time is quoted from your approved sample and depends on the quantity, fabric availability and embroidery. We give a date in your quote and send progress updates during production.

Yes. We keep your fabric lots, thread colours and digitised artwork on file, so a repeat order matches the first.

Yes. Embroidery runs on our own Tajima multi-head machines. We digitise your artwork in-house, test-stitch it on the actual fabric and get your approval before it reaches a production garment. Printing is available where a job calls for it.

For larger programmes we can dye fabric to order to match a brand colour. For smaller orders we offer the colours listed on each product page.

No. Screens differ, so the colour swatches on product pages are a guide. The photographed colour is the sample, and we confirm the exact shade with a fabric swatch or stitched sample before production.

We make standard size sets and measured garments for team members outside the range, so everyone in a department is fitted.

Each product page lists its fabric and weight, mostly polyester-cotton and cotton-rich twill, with mesh, non-woven and coated fabrics for safety and protective wear. Alternatives are available on request.

The 3D views are built from our product photographs so you can turn a garment and look closer. They are a guide to the style; the stitched sample is the final reference for fit, colour and finish.

FIZA is our own label for healthcare wear, such as scrub tops and tunics, produced in our Chennai unit. Garments marked FIZA label on the site are production samples.

Payment terms are agreed in writing in your quote before production begins, and depend on the size of the order.

We deliver to teams across India and beyond. Delivery cost and timing are included in your quote.

Packed by size and department and labelled, so garments can be issued as soon as they arrive.

Tell us as soon as you notice, with photographs. We check it against the approved sample and put right anything that does not match.
