When you send an inquiry we receive what you type into the form:

• Your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number
• The product you are asking about, your approximate quantity and your message

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you send in order to answer you.

Your connection's IP address is held briefly in the server's memory to limit repeated form submissions. It is not stored with your inquiry.

We use your details to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote or sample and manage the order that follows. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Inquiries are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service, which handles the message only to pass it on to us. We share your details with others only where an order needs it, for example a courier delivering to you, or where the law requires it.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting order, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Customer artwork and digitised logos are kept on file for reorders unless you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us at info.fajrinternational@gmail.com to show you the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them, and to stop contacting you. We will respond as the law in India requires.

We will update this page if how we handle your details changes, and show the date of the latest update at the top.
