Bulk uniform programmes go wrong at the sample stage or not at all. Our process puts the approval before the fabric is cut.

Brief and sampling
Send us garment references, colours, sizes and your logo. We return fabric swatches and a stitched sample within days.

Approval
You approve the sample, fit and embroidery before any bulk fabric is cut. Changes are made at this stage, not after.

Production and embroidery
Cutting, stitching and Tajima embroidery run in our own units in Chennai and Ambur, so timelines stay under our control.

Inspection and dispatch
Every piece is checked for measurement, stitching and logo placement, then packed by size and department for easy issue.

Tajima multi-head embroidery runs under the same roof as the stitching lines. Artwork is digitised, test-stitched on the actual fabric and approved before it reaches a production garment. Print is available where a job calls for it.
